- Internally lined with 12mm treated plywood, so it is super robust and takes the knocks.
- Exterior is secured with Shadow-Clad ply, adding a touch of class to the finish.
- Easy to clean floor coverings, in hard wearing vinyl. No carpet getting wet and smelly through the winter or dusty and allergy adding through summer.
- Comes complete with interior L.E.D. downlight(s) to save on power consumption.
- Minimum of 2 x double power points conveniently placed for you.
- An exterior light is conveniently placed over the ranch slider making approach safe at night.
- All electrical work is completed by a Master Electrician and comes with a COC (Electrical Certificate of Compliance).
- Professionally painted interior and exterior with Resene hard wearing paints.
